"I want to make sure my kids aren't under some unnecessary, unrealistic pressure that they have to do something that their parents did," he says. "It's hard when you are Peter Attia's daughter ... and we should be mindful of that because it's a burden that is put on them by others" He adds: "If you don't read him, if you stay true to yourself, it was all circular logic."
