Is the Community Team the Guiding Light?

i'm curious what you think is the ideal state of community at hubspot. I would really like to see us as a company making sure that our community vision translates to all parts of the company, including developer community. We want everyone in the company to be involved in community and drive it. So indeed, i say that we're distinct and kind of far apart but we do have like, a couple of state holders that sit right in between those spaces.
