Are You an Introvert Leader?

Leaders need to understand that people on their team could be introverts or extrovertsion at, they need to be accommodated in different ways. Being an introo extravert means im more understanding to the fact that they exist than if i was a pure extravert. You get to choose what cant team you want to be. A lot of nice people don't realize they kind of just inherit and all this is the way that things are. But actually, you could intentionally say that these are the ways that we operate. And when we're in a group embarronment everyone gets a hot microphone so have a turn to open up the conversation even quieter ones in the room.
