Introduction
Corbin Barthol: The section 230 case at the Supreme Court, oral argument will be occurring on February 21st that is coming up very quickly and I wanted to get some thoughts down. No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. Those are the famous 26 words. That's 47 USC section 230 C1 devoted students of the law. It was actually Senator Eggzon's bill that would have banned pornography from the internet basically that gave it that name.
