The Importance of Team-Based Work
A lot of locked-ins work and a lot of, I'll call it the construction of our business units, series, divisions, and groups is around team-based work. Our associates will align themselves with the team. The interactivity, the connectivity, the transactions between individuals matters greatly. So team blends are really important for us right now. It's incredibly powerful because they sort of just work in their team silos so much.
