Stas did weightlifting from a very, very young age. Even with stretching on, stretching on, training on training couldn't really see huge improvements. The amount of shoulder flexion stretches and exercises I would try to do in hanging and massage to get to the ability to do the lifts poorly was a lot. So your fellow comrade in arms is a release to that because I did my public weightlifting journey where, you know, obviously I failed miserably.
