How Much Did the Rehab Cost You?

i was like nine months pregnant when we closed on this. And i, i couldn't get a painter to save my life. I ended up finding an old school teacher that does it in the summer. So i actually painted the entire interior myself. We did a lot of the work ourselves because he, like i said, it's really hard to get contractors right now. The rehab only cost us 15 thousand dollars. But then i had time off of my job, and my husband was working, and we had to get it done so we could get it rented. weeks post having her baby, i brought him with me to the property m and finished it.
