The Supreme Court is going to undo, do them all the affirmative case. It's a question of whether or not race can be considered in college admissions for the purpose of achieving diversity. The idea that affirmative action somehow hurting API students is just kind of bollocks on its face. In the Harvard case, it's really annoying to me because they did find something that you could argue was discriminating against API students.
