Why Would the Justice Department Have to Appoint a Special Prosecutor?
I was also wondering what you thought of an argument that jack goldsmith, whos a harvard law sor, made in the new york times this week about just the competing concerns about whether to prosecute trump or not. I felt really dumb that i just hadn't been thinking in those terms. But once jack made that argument, i was likeof of course, margarland d have to think about a special prosecutor. And in fact, i can't really imagine how the justice department would not have to do that. It's just all so complicated.
