The Importance of Disqualification in the General Election

A Quinnipiac poll shows 57% of voters think an indictment should disqualify a candidate and disqualify Trump from running for office. Democrats definitely believe that if Trump is nominated as the Republican nominee in 2024, they're going to be in a very strong position. And we saw in the midterm elections last year, there were clear indications that Trump's endorsement did not result in general election wins. So I do think electability and Trump is something he's going to have to find a way to overcome.
