There is no business without drivers. It's in your best interest to make this a better opportunity for them than other opportunities that might be presented. We're actually not looking at a bench mark, because, to some extent, would you pick twenty hours, thirty hours, forty hours? I think those are just kind of picking it out of your head. The vast majority of drivers, the vast majority of couriers, work far less than forty hours.
