The Importance of Developing Confidence

I always say that when there's a conflict, this is what i always do if i have a conflict with someone. We're not going to let this serenade and marinade till it turns into resentment and anger. If we can't hit win win, then we fold and we move on. And if a person's willing to do that, then that's the right attitude. It migt pretty miyht not be a very smooth conversation, but we're going to solve it. We're going to hit equilibrium. We'regoing to hit win win. That's that's how i do things.
