When You Fast, Do You Have a Spiritual Director?
The church only has two days of fasting required on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. If you have a spiritual director, which I strongly encourage you to do, find that spiritual director and work through it with them. And then another pitfall physically because you just brought it up, Sam, right? You owe it to your wife and her dignity and in love and in caring and in unity with her.
