The Indictment of a Federal Elections Fraud

The underlying crime was that it had was, was one of two things, a that it was an elect, then this. It's unclear under New York law whether if the crime in question is federal, that it was used to cover up whether the New York law even applies. The idea here is that each one of those payments was done, you know, either to quote unquote inf, falsifying a business record to influence the election or that was a violation of federal elections crime. I think this shit is serious.
