The film is inspired by the work of Sling Dion, but it's a work of fiction in keeping with the filmmaker's vision. The opening text warning warns viewers to keep their eyes on the screen and not cut their own fingers off as they watch. "It did help me combat my natural tendency to get disgusted by these movies halfway through," says director Slian Deon.
