This book was recommended to me by justin jackson. Totally changed my entire approach to business. I used to pay myself less so that i could pay others more to have a business, which would just end up causing me stress. The whole idea of the book is basically like, you should be rewarded as the owner for having a business. And every quarter i take half of that and just give it to me for being the business owner.
