In all these studies that we're looking at, none of those studies reported surveys of fatigue or loss of enthusiasm or gut problems or cramping. So I think it's a very open question of whether there exists natural suboptimal status and my suspicion is that there does. Even if you don't have data, even if your diet looks fine, if you have any of these signs and symptoms, maybe try some higher dose B5 to see if it helps.
