Nebuchadnezzar and the Chaldeans
The Chaldeans were an ethnic group in the southern part of Mesopotamia. Nebuchadnezzar was a Chaldean, but understand, it was also a religious group. Daniel is carried off captive to learn the language and the literature of the Chaldeans. And he brought the articles into the treasure house of his God.
