We made so many poor decisions with director on up levels because again, we thought we can develop them. Let's make them good over here, but they didn't want to go through those feedback cycles. We got really quick at firing, really quick. 80Rs, if they're not working out, gone within six to eight weeks and probably six weeks. And it cost us in a lot of ways because plenty of terrible glass door reviews of people who don't think the way we do.
