Is There a Process for Recommending Innovation?

Roxanne Jones: Do you have some processes or rituals that are maybe easier to implement for some of our listeners? She says one of the things that we do is so we call a like a program that's been started purely for innovation, a black op. Jones: The app sort of the applications are the chance to sit with a couple of leaders and present to that. It's available to everyone. And what we find is that not every little innovation in the organization like needs to come to this to be funded.
