Is Matthew 24 Fulfilled?

I was thinking about this if you had an electric car power goes out can't charge the car you have to evacuate. If it took you 20 or 30 minutes to charge your car and all these electric cars in here are trying to charge their cars at the same time but there's no electricity exactly now gas gas pumps of course work by electricity as well. I get emails from people all the time saying my pastor says you know Matthew 24 is fulfilled and all that  and anyone who teaches something different from that is really unorthodox they might not use that term for a reason.
