Is Shijinping the Driver of the Political System?

There seems to be a lot of disquiet in and around china. If you see shijin ping operating as just a, you know, first among equals, then china's current position wouldn't indicate that he's in trouble. The prospect of retribution increases the more that he is solely identified as the driver of many of these policy decisions. So where i struggle is, i very much agree with a lot of your lysis about the functional realities of china's political system.
