Ben Sparum: You're the only person it affects at the end of the day. So you have to make the decisions with that that you are personally comfortable with. Outside of trading, I play a lot of golf still and do some long drive competitions for fun. It's something that I personally enjoy trying to get back into the gym again. And my girlfriend's happy that I'm slowly getting back into it and not putting so much weight on.
