Young Thug in Future

Jeff Yang: I've always been interested in sort of young thug in future as sort of twin figures in atlanta. Feel like thug is like fun house mirrer version of future, or future's bad man, and young thug is joker. But i think both have havi at their core, a creative vision when it comes to music that is very different from what everyone else around them is doing. Their projectors are very similar. You know, future, before he really popped off, was doing this like, weirdo, like very auto tune, crazy emotional music that a very specific set of people loved and were obsessed with. And i think thug had a very similar trajectory
