In order to create the habit, you have to have a plan in place. And so my plan is, let's say, little chee, chee. You pull it out and use different words. So i'm using the negative beed back in my head as actually a tool to better myself. That then makes me love myself more. My confidence can be effected based on this,. because i notice how differently i'm treated if i don't put as much effort in.
