Jacques Derida, a Nice Man, but Can It Work in Theory?
Parris: Jacques derida was a nice man, he just caused lots of trouble. He said everyone who cares about human greatness has to rally against the pantheistic spirit. Democracy has a nature that pushes toward dogmatic galetarianism,. levelling and even despotism says parris. Maybe we have a fighting chance of staving it off and saving a dignity for human dignity - Parris. It's non utopian, but it's an effort to moderate and elevate democracy.
