Yoga - The Music Was Harsh

i was living in the lorry side, and i went to am a yoga to the people at the time. The music was horrible - it wach just so dreadful. I had this experience of like expansion of being bigger and more flexible than i'd ever taught or been taught for that matter. There was really a big message and that about narrow plasticity for me too,. And about getting to choose how i wanted to be in the world, which i did not.
