Asynchronous Environments Are Not Just for Meetings
Sink versus sink environment is audio. Anyone listening to us is listening a synchronously, so they're listening sometime in the future. When it's asynchrenous, someone has to show up prepared and think about what they're presenting. It's kind of similar to amazon asking people to write memos before a meeting. So that even harder for the creater of the asynchronous environment, it's better for the participant.
