A lot of my clients that we're getting extremely nervous on stageor in front of the camera. I'll say, think about right now, where would you rather be? Would you rather be dealing with very stressful, nerve racking situation were your heart's ponte or at deathbed of a loved one? And i know that's a horrible comparison, but let's really put things into perspective right here. So first, get that breath, get yourself centred, and now really think about that perspective.
