Is There a Moral Niche?
This persists even when we've come transformed, removed into different forms of agriculture. So why is it lingered? What has caused it to persist? If it's not the technology that's still present and driving at what's causing it to persisted? Yeah, that's a very interesting question. I think one fruitful way to go about this might be to think of it in terms of moral niche construction. The idea that you can construct a moral niche was constructed in plowing societies.
