Heterozygous FH is driven by the LDL and how long a patient is exposed to that LDL. The earlier we can intervene, the better for patients with this condition. And of course, you start with a statin. We used to have a preference for gravestatin because it was kind of seen as the mildest. But there's no intervention evidence for this at all like in adults.
