How to Roast Green Coffee Beans
As the roaster, you learn to use your senses a lot. And so that would be your sight, hearing and smell. You're looking at the color of the bean along the way during the roast because it'll go from green. It's a kind of pale and then yellow and then it'll start to brown and get darker and darker. The internal temperature of the bean is heating up and it's starting to burn off sugars in this process. So they want uniformity of size and shape and color, those types of things. From there, I'll, I'll roast it as orders come in and, and get them shipped out. Doesn't come with the fruit on it.
