How to Feel the Positive Emotions in Your Life

If you have something really great happening in your life that you want celebrate, or if you're just happy to be alive, which is usually what my can tare os. Yout feel the positive emotions. Really feel it in your heart, in your body, feel what it feels like. And then start with the small things. You can take ten seconds, 20 seconds, a minute. A minute is not going to change anything. It's not going to do anything to tha other person,. But ill allow to process a libit of that motion, to digest a libits of it. So starts with small steps, baby steps, and ten yull be able to get there again
