Staying in the Darkness Is Not Worth It Anymore

There's some kind of pull to stay in the darkness, even though you build defences. And i think it's out of a fear that i'm not going to work through it o not really fee. When you come out, there's risk. There's risk to a deep place of your own sense of safety. And you feel very vulnerable if you come out. Sometimes it's better to stay with the shadow.
