Jason Momoa says the final episode of "Game of Thrones" is not really a childbirth sequence. Rhaenyra, played by Maisie Williams, gives birth but ends up having a stillborn baby. Mother-of-three Sarah Morshower wanted to show that women were putting their bodies on the line in this time and place. She said she was frustrated with Damon because he kept holding back her own femininity.
