The BBC's Refusal to Cooperate in a Criminal Investigation
Persephone Bridgeman Baker is a partner at Carter Rock, specializing in media and privacy law. She says the son was perhaps unwise to publish with only third party information. But she adds that it's difficult for the BBC to have done very much about this because it's somebody’s personal life. And of course we did invite the son to join us today, but they declined. They said our leaders and coverage speak for themselves.
