i've been thinking a lot about how human is actually really important at all. When you enjoy what you do, you're good at it anyway. And i think for me, the next level above the tentacal component of managing a trormer is how toi encourage and help other people wthin that team? Am, and i'm now spotting, i've got much more situation awareness to spot people in room that might be struggling, or might, you know, and and what can i do to help bring that person on board? Or if it is starting to unravel, you've got a met awareness of it as it's happening, in real time, rather than afterwards.
