Saudi Arabia and Russia Are Making New Friends With the United States
Since the Trump presidency, Saudi Arabia has been moving away from the United States and toward Russia. The kingdom was sending a message to the U.S. that it's no longer a unipolar world. Iraq is going to reduce oil production by 211,000 barrels per day. Meanwhile, up in Canada, they put into place a carbon tax a few years back,. It was at $50 a ton, but it just went up by $15. This will mean about an extra $0.03 per liter or what would that be, about $12 to $0.15 a gallon of gas in Canada.
