I would say the imaginary comes more when it's time to celebrate or take a break from work. We get communicate, we're moral, we obey all the rules until it's time for the instinct to get a free play. So yeah, so I think things have sort of changed. And this is why I wanted to look at the genealogy of the erotic that Bataille kind of fashions and also his interventions into aesthetics.
