It's just really coming up with your internal processes and putting em on paper, which should be done anyway, in my opinion. You havein some of the things that i've seen is typically, you know, ah, some banks haven't really thought through what the skill sets, the actual skill sets, are of their employees. The other big challenges, if they use tools like work force management or other scheduling type tools, internally into ating those with a scheduling tool could be somewhat complex.
