The Power of Pause
I believe that alcoholics in AA created like DVRs and stuff like that. I pause because I'm watching this battle. And my prayer, I got to pray, what am I praying for? God, please remove the obsession. The entire book introduces me to intuition. There's a voice that is muffled by the calamity of life. It is the purest voice of all voices. When my sponsor talked about the authentic self, I need to learn how to tune into the voice of purity. We talk about developing a conscious contact with God. We practice meditation. Is it just to have a better understanding of God? Maybe. Those are the examples. Let me show you
