Getting Betanine From Spinach, Wheat or Beets

Choline is a very important adjunct or alternative to the folate B12 pathway and this is mediated by betanine or trimethylglycine. You can get betanine from spinach, wheat or beets and you can also make your ownbetanine from choline. Liver and egg yolks have far more choline than any other food but it should be noted that you could piece together a significant choline intake if you eat a lot of foods that have smaller amounts of choline.
