The Magnetism of My Company Is So Attractive

In the business that i grew up in, there's still this pervasive attitude that you're lucky to have a job here. You know, they're not really thinking about your hiring me as much as i'm hiring you. And once people feel that, i think it's over. That's a fuel base mind tat right. The magnetism of my company is so attractive, you'd be so lucky as to come work for us. We just assume people would be delighted to sign a contract the moment we put one in front them. But that is a very one sided and fuel bass way of looking at and i think y where we are at right now, like employees are dying for
