In the 60s, just shortly after independence Jamaican independence in 1962 so around 65 between that and 68. She became the principal of a particular high school in Jamaica. I was a boarding school now being converted into a government school. The school hosted students who were the children of expats from the UK. Most of them were Brits white Brits. They were all returning to the UK when Jamaica became independent.
