What Is Culture?

Culture is the collection of behaviors that are acceptable to people. A strong culture is one where people know what's expected of them and can behave in accordance with those expectations. Weak cultures have no real clear code of conduct, so most unconscious behaviour surface. If you create space for people to worry about how they feel, they will worry about howthey feel. And all too often in the valley these days, i see this sort of drift toward theec get o compete for employes, et t retain employes. You got to keep em focused on winning.
