The Lack of Clarity on the Rules for Enforcing Standards
I'd like to see some more clarity on those rules, actually. It's left a bit too much up to discretion as to how and when they'll be applied. I think public trust has eroded so much that putting in more rules would be better than just leaving it to a case-by-case basis. The government have also not accepted the proposal to have a central compliance function is really key to some of this.
