As we move more towards a service-based industries, and particularly online industries, we can live everywhere, anywhere. And wouldn't we choose the nicest places to live, which are not going to be downtown in congested cities? Downtown London, if you can afford it, or downtown New York is still pretty nice. I'm surprised by the spread of working from home. It's gotten bigger than I thought it would. But most of the moves, at least in the United States, are in Trump metropolitan.
