The Cycle of Anger
The American Psychological Association defines anger as an emotion characterized by tension and hostility arising from frustration, real or imagined injury by another or perceived injustice. Studies show that anger is most commonly a secondary emotion. It's not the primary emotion. There's something else that's causing you to feel angry. And actually, there's small signs that there's a root of bitterness growing.
