Is It a Good Idea to Advertise?

Anything that allows you to invest time in the men in your church to develop them as leaders is going to be beneficial. We've never said in the bulletin, for example, we're looking for new elders. So who would like to apply? We've never done that. I believe that if God has called that man to be an elder, he's given them a desire. And they'll come out and they'll be drawn out and we'll see that.
