The Gift of Failure by Ray Dalio

Roxanne Jones: I just ordered one called the gift of failure by Jessica Leahy. The subtitle for this is something along the lines of like setting your kids up for success by letting them fail, which is an interesting idea. She says once they learn how to deal with failure, that helps them be more resilient and more successful.
